The focus of this course is on the recent developments in corporate governance in Europe and the United States, notably French Financial Security Law, US Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the OECD Corporate Governance Principals, and how those developments are situated both in the theory of corporate governance and in the history of the development of corporate governance law.
