APPLIED FINANCIAL ANALYSIS (3)

Using a selected sample of global companies quoted on the French Stock Market (CAC40, EUROSTOCK 50), students will develop their ability to perform in-depth analysis of public financial and other corporate statements. Particular attention will be paid to value analysis and particular events such as mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs.
